You'll partner with Fortune 100 clients to architect AI transformation, translating the Writer platform into measurable P&L impact. You'll build C-suite relationships and drive the shift to an AI-first operating model at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage customer portfolio and lead ROI initiatives with CSM
• Set vision and define JTBD framework with leadership teams
• Build C-suite relationships as trusted advisor for AI adoption
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery through surveys and interviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs and manage escalations

📋 Requirements

• 5-9 years in strategic account management or transformation consulting for Fortune 50-100
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
• Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
• Management consulting or strategy advisory background
