Lead the Lakehouse Analytics team within Data and Storage Services at Affirm, overseeing the development of frameworks and systems for Affirm's data analytics infrastructure. You'll manage engineers, drive technical strategy, and collaborate across teams to deliver scalable data solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing diverse teams and delivering cross-functional programs
• Expertise in large-scale distributed compute and data processing systems
• Experience with Snowflake, Spark, Flink, Kafka on Kubernetes and AWS
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with growth mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities
