📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management in plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical contracting.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Proven accountability for job cost and schedule performance.

• PMP® or equivalent project management training.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
• Construction management or engineering background.
