💼 About This Role

You'll lead corporate security engineering at Contentful, designing and building security controls for identity, data, and SaaS platforms. You'll balance people leadership with hands-on technical execution. This role is key to scaling security programs in a cloud-native environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop a team through coaching and performance feedback
• Own execution and prioritization of security projects using agile practices
• Design and implement security controls for endpoint, SaaS, and cloud environments
• Support incident response as a technical leader

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive engineering and security experience
• 3+ years managing people and security engineering teams
• Expertise with AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with attacker techniques in cloud-native and traditional environments
• Experience with EDR and antivirus technologies
• Software development experience in Python or Go
