💼 About This Role

You'll work across commercial, corporate, capital markets, M&A, and employment matters as a trusted partner to the business. You'll own commercial contracts, drive corporate governance, and support capital markets transactions on the path to an IPO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Negotiate vendor agreements, tech integrations, and bank relationships.
• Manage board materials, consents, minutes, and corporate records.
• Support equity and debt financings, including structured warehouse facilities.
• Participate in M&A transactions with drafting and negotiation support.

📋 Requirements

• J.D. and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state
• 4-6 years of experience in commercial contracts, corporate governance, capital markets, M&A, or employment
• Ability to own workstreams independently and make sound judgment calls
• Track record of working across functions and communicating legal complexity to non-lawyers

• Familiarity with AI-assisted legal workflows (Claude, N8N, contract automation platforms)
