Description

In this role, you'll lead by example, oversee financial objectives like rent collection and delinquency management, conduct sales and marketing tours, and ensure positive resident interactions and impeccable community appearance. You'll coach team members and step up when the Property Manager is not present.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 2+ years of property management, hospitality, or retail experience
• Exposure to revenue, P&L, and budget management
• Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
• Sales aptitude; real estate license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
