You'll architect the digital backbone of phased array ground stations, handling massive parallel data streams for satellite communication. Your work will enable real-time, ultra-high-throughput connections supporting commercial and national security missions. You'll lead projects from concept to deployment in a high-velocity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design networking and DSP blocks on FPGAs for phased array data processing
• Lead cross-functional prototyping to production and deployment
• Assess trade-offs and define architectures for resilient communication links
• Debug deployed systems using field test data and update designs

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years delivering complex digital hardware designs
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• Strong Verilog/SystemVerilog skills for synthesizable designs
• Python for automation and simulation
• Hands-on FPGA-based DSP and/or networking

• Proficiency with C++ or Rust
