Description

As a Registered Nurse at Bethesda, you will accurately assess residents' health status, develop dynamic care plans, administer medications and treatments, and communicate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care. You'll monitor residents closely and use critical thinking to address changes in condition, all while working in a supportive environment that values career growth.

Requirements

• Education from accredited nursing school; current RN license
• CPR/AED certification within 6 months
• Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift heavy objects
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' health, educational, and environmental needs
• Develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV fluids safely
• Communicate changes in condition using SBARR
• Monitor care plan effectiveness and participate in QAPI processes
