💼 About This Role

You'll be the first line of defense for technical support issues, investigating and resolving customer problems for Semgrep's product line. You'll drive an operational mindset with managing support tickets and identify areas for customer experience improvement. You'll help scale the team by writing documentation, creating troubleshooting playbooks, and developing new processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Reproduce and resolve technical issues for AppSec, Security, and Software Engineers
  • Manage support tickets and identify process improvements
  • Voice customer feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Write documentation and develop troubleshooting playbooks

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in technical customer support or as a software engineer
  • Deep understanding of developer workflows and CI/CD environments (GitHub Actions, GitLab, Circle CI, Jenkins, Buildkite)
  • Familiarity with Web Application Security concepts including OWASP Top 10
  • Basic understanding of API and Webhooks
