Description

Lead and support construction and capital improvement projects from budgeting and permitting to completion. You will oversee project teams, select consultants and contractors, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or similar role (5 years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Acrobat
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Support project team for successful timely budget-controlled completion of construction projects
• Prepare and manage project budget, schedule, and permitting process
• Select architects, engineers, trade consultants, and contractors
• Oversee project drawing and specification process to complete scope of work documents
• Organize and participate in project meetings, site visits, and inspections
