You'll lead product strategy for shared platform capabilities spanning BSS, data analytics, identity management, and API gateway at a global cloud communications leader. Your work will drive digital transformation of business support systems and enable growth across internal and external users. You'll guide a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own product strategy for Lead-to-Cash (BSS), data analytics, identity, and API gateway
• Define and execute product strategy including AI integrations
• Manage and lead a team of product managers
• Collaborate with portfolio leaders, engineering, sales, and marketing
• Drive prioritization and trade-offs across all product lines

📋 Requirements

• Extensive product management experience at Director level with distributed teams
• Knowledge of enterprise SaaS (CRM, Analytics, Billing Rating systems)
• Experience managing global, enterprise-scale cloud services
• Experience delivering complex projects in BSS/OSS areas

• Agile methodologies (Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Data formats experience (CSV, XML, JSON)
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
