• Contact delinquent members to arrange payments
• Handle high-risk accounts and negotiate payment plans
• Support loan modifications and financial assistance packages
• Perform skip-tracing and manage escalated situations

📋 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Act
• Knowledge of repossession processes
• Knowledge of skip tracing, small claims, and bankruptcies
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including Saturdays
