You will shape HR strategy and operations at a fast-growing virtual behavioral health company. You'll partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and people analytics, directly supporting our mission to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders to develop performance review frameworks and career development pathways
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Lead communication and training for organization-wide performance initiatives
  • Analyze trends and metrics in People data to develop solutions improving employee performance
  • Advise leaders on employee relations matters and conduct thorough investigations

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Proven track record managing HR projects in a rapidly scaling, multi-state environment
  • Ability to interpret and apply relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Experience leveraging data to drive performance management and people strategy
  • Willingness to work a 4-day in-office hybrid schedule in Nashville
