You will shape HR strategy and operations at a fast-growing virtual behavioral health company. You'll partner with leaders to drive performance management, employee relations, organizational development, and people analytics, directly supporting our mission to expand access to life-saving mental health treatment.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Partner with leaders to develop performance review frameworks and career development pathways
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Lead communication and training for organization-wide performance initiatives
- Analyze trends and metrics in People data to develop solutions improving employee performance
- Advise leaders on employee relations matters and conduct thorough investigations
📋 Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience resolving complex employee relations issues
- Proven track record managing HR projects in a rapidly scaling, multi-state environment
- Ability to interpret and apply relevant employment laws and regulations
- Experience leveraging data to drive performance management and people strategy
- Willingness to work a 4-day in-office hybrid schedule in Nashville
