You'll lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a growing AI company, preparing for its first external audit and public market entry. You'll own GAAP financial statements and drive compliance. Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical accounting for audit and S-1 preparation.
• Lead preparation of GAAP financial statements and disclosures.
• Oversee external audit process and manage relationships.
• Build and mentor the accounting team as the company scales.

📋 Requirements

• Active CPA with Big 4 or national firm background.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting or financial reporting.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP principles and practices.
• Experience preparing GAAP financial statements from scratch.
