💼 About This Role

You'll lead customer onboarding and SaaS platform implementations for a financial crime and compliance company. Acting as the link between customers and internal teams, you'll ensure business requirements are translated into functional solutions. You'll manage multiple concurrent projects with flexibility in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers
• Translate customer needs into configuration plans and workflows
• Coordinate with customer success, technical, and product stakeholders
• Track project progress, report KPIs, and manage risks
• Configure and optimize the SaaS platform for each customer

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing B2B SaaS or technical enterprise software
• Ability to manage ambiguous projects and convert requirements into execution plans
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical teams
• Strong organizational and project management skills
