You'll partner with senior stakeholders to hire top talent for finance, legal, marketing, strategy, and HR roles at Doctolib. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to build their teams.
• Develop deep understanding of Doctolib's strategy and hiring needs.
• Design talent intelligence strategies and market mapping.
• Structure and execute targeted sourcing and research strategies.

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates.
• Comfortable assessing candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and leadership potential.
• Fluent English and experience in global environments.
