💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership by providing an exceptional customer experience and helping with daily operations at BoxLunch, a pop-culture retailer that donates meals to Feeding America. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new team members and drive sales through product recommendations. This role combines supervisory duties with hands-on customer engagement in a mission-driven environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising
• Support stock room organization and store maintenance

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of retail store experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
