Description
You'll be the frontline of hospitality, performing full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes. Your work ensures pristine home presentation that directly impacts the guest experience through cleaning, resetting, and staging properties to brand standards.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Physically able to lift 25+ lbs, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available to work weekends and holidays as needed
Responsibilities
- Perform full-service turnovers of vacation rental homes following standard operating procedures
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitize all surfaces and rooms including kitchens and bathrooms
- Replace linens and towels, restock all consumables and guest amenities
- Stage and reset decor and hospitality touches according to property standards
- Identify and report any damages or missing items to supervisor
