You'll work on large, complex data problems to deliver insights and dashboards for internal partners. As a senior member of the Data Team, you'll drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. This hybrid role based in Dhaka offers a chance to empower the service delivery industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write SQL queries and create Tableau dashboards for insights.
• Work with BI Analysts and Data Engineers collaboratively.
• Define metrics and create data structures for dashboards.
• Act as owner, removing ambiguity and driving to completion.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a senior analyst or data engineer.
• 1+ year of Tableau experience.
• Strong SQL skills with joins, CTEs, window functions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to define data problems.
