Description

You will support Roblox managers and employees by responding to HR questions, guiding performance cases and reorganizations, and driving operational excellence through data analysis and process design. You'll build cross-functional relationships and maintain high confidentiality while using HR systems to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience
• Experience supporting employees outside the US is preferred
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong data analysis skills and HR systems proficiency

Responsibilities

• Support managers and employees with HR process and policy questions
• Assist managers with performance cases, accommodation requests, and reorganizations
• Own elements of HR service delivery, driving operational excellence via teamwork, data analysis, and process design
• Build cross-functional relationships with People team, Employee Relations, Legal, and People Analytics
• Maintain HR data accuracy and integrity, conducting periodic strategic analysis to identify trends
