- Develop engaging training sessions and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Manage team schedules to optimize coverage at activation events.
- Oversee setup and dismantle of Neo activation booths.
- Monitor sales performance and provide constructive feedback.

- Proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a sales team.
