Description

You will own the analytical infrastructure, drive product performance, and build analytical processes from scratch in a high-growth fintech. Lead a team of analysts, design funnels, and run A/B tests to improve customer experience and business efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree from top-tier university (MSU, MIPT, HSE, etc.)
• Expert knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
• Advanced SQL skills; Python or R is a plus
• Hands-on experience with Tableau, Superset, or similar BI tools
• English proficiency (B1+)

Responsibilities

• Own analytical infrastructure and product metrics
• Serve as main stakeholder point for data-driven decisions
• Design and scale processes, customer journeys, and conversion funnels
• Run A/B tests to validate hypotheses
• Hire, mentor, and lead a team of analysts
