💼 About This Role

You'll own the internationalization of our fundraising platform, scaling it from $50M to $200M+ ARR by entering the UK and European markets. You'll coordinate across legal, finance, product, and GTM teams to drive end-to-end launches. This role offers high ownership and direct impact on global growth in a flat, transparent culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and prioritize international markets for expansion.
• Define product adaptations for compliance, payments, and localization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on timeline and delivery.
• Own end-to-end launch from market selection to go-live and post-launch tracking.

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in complex environments.
• Strong delivery mindset with a track record of shipping.
• Experience at both large and startup companies.
• Prior experience with product localization or multi-market expansion.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
