• Quantitative and qualitative analytical ability.
• Understanding of game design concepts.
• Experience meeting revenue/metric targets on a live game.

Responsibilities

• Own business performance of Live Ops, driving KPIs and sustainable growth.
• Set team-wide KPIs and tactical plans aligned with business goals.
• Lead engagement and monetisation for major content and feature releases.
• Monitor product ecosystem health, identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and mentor high-performing product and operations team.
