💼 About This Role

You'll lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles across the business, aligning with your domain expertise. You will treat recruiting as both art and science, finding creative ways to attract top operators and obsessing over hiring metrics. This role reports directly to the Head of People & Talent and is based in Salt Lake City.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from kickoff to close
• Find creative ways to position Rho to top operators
• Obsess over metrics and beat them
• Act as an owner to build the business

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• Depth in at least one domain (Technical, GTM, G&A, or regulated)
• Experience in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech)
• Strong knowledge of Salt Lake City financial talent market

• Experience in technical recruiting
• Experience in regulated industries (finance, risk, compliance)
• Familiarity with A/B testing messaging
