💼 About This Role

You'll manage Antimetal's recruiting funnel from day one—sourcing, closing, and onboarding top talent in AI. You'll build the recruiting infrastructure and partner with hiring managers to scale the team. This role grows into People strategy and operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage recruiting funnel from sourcing to offer close across engineering, GTM, and ops
• Run aggressive outbound sourcing and build targeted candidate lists
• Design and iterate on recruiting infrastructure: templates, intake processes, and analytics
• Act as strategic talent partner, advising on comp and org design

📋 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent, or a people-facing role
• Track record of closing candidates with multiple great options
• Experience running outbound recruiting or outbound sales
• Comfort recruiting technical roles or ability to learn quickly
