You'll build AI-powered automations and intelligent alert systems to amplify our Sales and Sales Development organizations. Your work will directly accelerate lead response times and personalize outbound prospecting. This role uniquely combines enablement, operations, and AI innovation at a frontier AI company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop Claude-powered productivity tooling for prospecting and lead qualification.
• Architect intelligent alert systems for high-intent sales signals.
• Build automations for lead routing, account research, and outreach sequencing.
• Design centralized data architecture aggregating prospect intelligence from multiple sources.
• Leverage conversational intelligence to identify high-performing prospecting patterns.

📋 Requirements

• Engineering experience with complex technologies and varied datasets.
• Proven track record developing automations for lead management and prospecting workflows.
• Strong technical proficiency with APIs and integrating lead sources, CRM, and sales tools.
• Experience building scalable lead routing and scoring systems in fast-growth B2B environments.
