You'll provide expert-level engineering support for mission-critical enterprise networks, stabilizing, optimizing, and improving complex routing and switching environments within an Agile team. Your role ensures reliable connectivity for federal operations.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret with current or previously held SCI access
- CCNP Enterprise or equivalent JNCIS or JNCIP and Security+ certifications
- DoD 8140 certification (e.g., Network+, Security+, Cloud+, SSCP, CASP+, CISSP, or CCNP Security)
- 10+ years network engineering experience with enterprise routing and switching
- Expertise in BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and Cisco ASR/ISR/Catalyst/Nexus platforms
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise routing and switching infrastructures
- Support and operate technologies including BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and high-availability architectures
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert, independently diagnosing and resolving complex network issues
- Participate in Agile planning, execution, and continuous improvement activities
- Identify technical risks and recommend architectural and operational improvements
