🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound user inquiries via phone promptly.
  • Use screenshare tools to guide users through features.
  • Troubleshoot issues and submit escalations as needed.
  • Document user feedback and feature requests.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years as a Phone Support Agent.
  • 2+ years in technical or product-related support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with help desk software like Intercom, Talkdesk.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Remote work experience.
  • Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising platforms.
  • Experience with Notion or Slack.
