You will manage forecasting, staffing models, and scheduling for Starlink's customer support teams, using data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in workforce management and forecasting
• Strong statistical analysis skills
• Proficiency in dashboard design and data visualization
• Knowledge of customer support operations
• Ability to partner cross-functionally

Responsibilities

• Develop staffing models translating demand inputs into flexible plans
• Partner with engineering to develop workforce planning tools
• Create forecasts and queuing strategies to meet service level goals
• Oversee dashboards tracking KPIs (productivity, response times, etc.)
• Provide data-driven insights for operational efficiency improvements
