As a Principal in our growth marketing team, you will manage Google search and shopping ad campaigns to drive business growth and brand awareness. You'll design and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and collaborate with internal teams to align with overall marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 8 years of Google Ads and Google Shopping management experience
• Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Innovative mindset to propose and implement effective marketing strategies

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize Google Ads search campaigns
• Conduct keyword research and optimize for relevant search terms
• Manage and optimize Google Shopping ad campaigns
• Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion
• Analyze data with Google Analytics and generate performance reports
