Description

You will embed with business teams to eliminate manual workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build end-to-end solutions using a mix of code, APIs, and AI agents. This is an AI-first role where you'll deploy agentic workflows and bridge operations with engineering in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.

Requirements

High-agency engineer comfortable with ambiguity
Proven ability to iterate fast and ship working solutions quickly
Experience in AI-assisted coding and operationalizing automation
Strong ability to bridge operations and engineering

Responsibilities

Embed with business teams to eliminate manual workflows
Identify automation opportunities and build end-to-end solutions
Design and deploy agentic workflows using code, APIs, and AI agents
Work from micro-automations to large-scale AI-driven solutions
