💼 About This Role

You'll lead wholesale power supply origination and structure complex transactions such as PPAs and hedging arrangements. The role drives early-stage power solutions enabling data center growth and sustainability across North American markets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Originate and negotiate wholesale power supply transactions across multiple markets
• Develop and maintain relationships with IPPs, utilities, and developers
• Lead cross-functional deal teams through diligence and execution
• Track power market fundamentals and regulatory developments

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in the power industry with wholesale market focus
• Proven track record executing PPAs and structured commercial arrangements
• Experience working with IPPs, utilities, and financial counterparties
• Strong understanding of ISO/RTO structures and regulatory environments
