🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage international option exercises, RSU/RSA releases, and tender offers
• Reconcile international stock-based compensation activity
• Ensure compliance with global equity regulations across 45 countries
• Lead international audits (e.g., Australia, India, Israel, U.K.)

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with international equity administration and global compliance
• Strong knowledge of international tax regulations and reporting requirements
• Experience supporting equity for globally mobile employees
• Operational knowledge of Morgan Stanley Shareworks, Deloitte GAIN, Workday

✨ Nice to Have

• Certified Equity Professional (CEP), Level 3 preferred
• Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) jurisdictions
