You'll lead the contact center platforms team at Navan, driving the development and deployment of scalable technologies that enhance customer engagement. Your core impact will be translating business needs into technical solutions that improve efficiency and drive revenue. You'll mentor a high-performing team while working hands-on with complex architecture.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts.
  • Drive development of scalable contact center platforms (ACD, IVR, Routing).
  • Collaborate with CX business leaders to align technical roadmaps.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize stack cost-efficiency.

📋 Requirements

  • 7+ years in Business Technology or IT, with 3+ years in contact center tech leadership.
  • Deep expertise in AWS Connect, Genesys Cloud, or Five9.
  • Strong understanding of IVR logic, complex routing, WFM, and QM tools.
  • Proficiency in Agile and DevOps workflows.

  • Experience with CRM integrations like Salesforce.
  • Analytical skills with Tableau, Looker, or Snowflake.
  • Background in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
