🎯 What You'll Do

• Own fleet downtime end-to-end as final escalation point
• Manage driver complaints and dissatisfaction related to off-road vehicles
• Build strong partner relationships and hold them accountable to timelines
• Drive continuous improvement and use insights to enhance processes

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in motor industry aftersales sector
• Ability to interpret technical information from dealerships and OEMs
• Experience managing complaints in a structured or regulated environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex cases simultaneously
