🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and lead the people analytics and innovation strategy, aligning with HR and business priorities
• Design and deploy AI-powered tools using Python, SQL, and ML/LLM technologies
• Build predictive models for workforce planning, retention, and engagement
• Create executive-level dashboards and data visualizations for senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years in people analytics or HR data science
• 3+ years leading analytics teams
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL for statistical modeling
• Proven experience building AI/ML solutions end-to-end

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with modern AI frameworks like LLMs and GenAI APIs
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field
• Experience with Workday and Tableau
