💼 About This Role

You'll lead integration of Heartflow's AI cardiac analysis technology into customer accounts, managing end-to-end implementation projects. Your core impact is ensuring high customer adoption and satisfaction through training and technical support. This field-based role includes up to 50% travel across Northern California to the PNW.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead integration of Heartflow technology into new customer accounts
• Manage implementation projects for new products and features
• Provide end-user and commercial team training on Heartflow products
• Document and track customer feedback in CRM system

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years technical or clinical field experience with advanced degree, or 5+ years equivalent
• Project/program management experience required
• Extensive experience with EPIC and/or similar EMR systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Clinical/medical background preferred
• Experience in digital health or regulated environment
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tool
