💼 About This Role

You'll assess and underwrite commercial property secured loans as part of Recognise Bank's second line of defence, collaborating with Lending Managers and Loan Operations. Your decisions will directly impact credit portfolio quality and support business growth while managing risk.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess loan applications against credit risk appetite and lending policy
• Review and formulate recommendations for Credit Committee proposals
• Monitor lending portfolio performance and manage underperforming loans
• Draft and update credit and lending policies for all loan products

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of property secured lending sectors and credit risk
• High standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
• General banking experience with credit analysis and underwriting
• Understanding of loan and security documentation

• Experience in debt restructuring or workout/recovery
• Evidence of performance focus and continuous improvement
