• Manage full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to offer
• Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs
• Proactively source passive candidates via referrals and networking

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience
• Experience managing candidate pipelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills

✨ Nice to Have

• B.A./B.S. with strong academic record
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse or Oracle)
