💼 About This Role
You'll drive business development and account management for Theodo FinTech, a specialized entity within Theodo group. You'll build trusted relationships with C-level clients in the financial sector and lead complex B2B sales cycles to deliver innovative digital products. This role also includes a hands-on delivery stint on client projects to deepen your understanding of the business.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage key client accounts and build trust with decision-makers
- Identify and develop sales opportunities in FinTech sector
- Negotiate and close projects under favorable conditions
- Ensure project delivery quality and client satisfaction
📋 Requirements
- 3-8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in consulting
- Degree from a top engineering school
- Strong understanding of financial sector challenges
- Proficiency in account management methodologies
