💼 About This Role

You'll drive business development and account management for Theodo FinTech, a specialized entity within Theodo group. You'll build trusted relationships with C-level clients in the financial sector and lead complex B2B sales cycles to deliver innovative digital products. This role also includes a hands-on delivery stint on client projects to deepen your understanding of the business.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage key client accounts and build trust with decision-makers
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities in FinTech sector
  • Negotiate and close projects under favorable conditions
  • Ensure project delivery quality and client satisfaction

📋 Requirements

  • 3-8 years of sales experience, including 3 years in consulting
  • Degree from a top engineering school
  • Strong understanding of financial sector challenges
  • Proficiency in account management methodologies
