You'll join the Finance Strategy team at Samsara, a pioneer in IoT for physical operations, managing R&D program expenses from budget to performance tracking. You'll provide financial insights and cost optimization for engineering and product leaders. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive scalable processes aligned with long-term goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain financial models for R&D forecasting and budgeting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals to budgets and forecasts.
• Partner with R&D teams to identify cost-saving opportunities.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience building automated Excel reports.
