Description

As the HSE Manager, you will serve as the primary safety leader for client accounts, developing and executing customized HSE programs, conducting safety audits, leading incident investigations, and ensuring regulatory compliance to achieve best-in-class safety performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of HSE experience in commercial real estate or facilities management
• Deep knowledge of OSHA, EPA, NFPA regulations
• Preferred certifications: OSHA 30, CSP, CHST, CIH
• Comfortable working onsite daily and responding to incidents outside business hours

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized HSE programs for client accounts
• Conduct safety walks, hazard assessments, and compliance audits
• Deliver client-specific safety training and emergency drills
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis
• Monitor safety KPIs and prepare HSE reports and dashboards
