Description

You will provide leadership and direction to Agile software development teams supporting a large-scale satellite ground system. You'll define system behavior, decompose requirements, and ensure verification and validation prior to operational deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in STEM
• 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience
• Experience as lead Systems Engineer in software development
• Experience with requirements decomposition and interface definition
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain polygraph

Responsibilities

• Provide technical analyses and define system behavior
• Decompose requirements and define system interfaces
• Establish verification and validation methods
• Lead a mixed team across all phases of Systems Engineering
• Contribute to Agile software development processes
