💼 About This Role

You'll support onboarding, HR admin, and learning programs for a global SaaS company in a hybrid Toronto role. You'll gain hands-on experience across People Ops and L&D during a 12-month contract. This role offers a chance to shape employee experience in a fast-growing unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support onboarding and offboarding for North American employees
• Set up new hires in BambooHR and assist with HR admin
• Manage Docebo LMS, including user assignments and course tracking
• Assist with preparing HR documents and coordinating payroll

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of HR, people ops, or L&D experience
• Organized and detail-oriented with multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Proactive and willing to take initiative

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with BambooHR or Docebo
• Basic knowledge of HR or employment standards
