💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership to create the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the team meet sales targets. You'll open and close the store, process sales, and assist with merchandising.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when needed.
• Open and close the store as required.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising updates.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
