• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business processes.
• Analyze existing processes for optimization opportunities and cost reduction.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners to resolve issues.
• Manage internal projects to improve delivery outcomes and scale operations.

📋 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in operational or business process management.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement in a financial services organization.
• Proven stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration skills.
