💼 About This Role

You'll build strategic partnerships with CPA firms to drive wealth management growth. You'll identify, engage, and develop relationships at national and regional levels, transforming them into long-term referral partners. This role offers the chance to shape a scalable referral program and act as a key connector between tax professionals and wealth management services.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify and engage with national, regional, and mid-sized CPA firms
• Present structured referral programs to CPA firm leadership
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships as primary relationship owner
• Develop joint initiatives and co-marketing opportunities

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• 10+ years in strategic partnerships within financial services or CPAs
• Strong understanding of RIA model and wealth management ecosystem
• Proven track record of closing strategic partnerships and scaling

✨ Nice to Have

• FINRA licenses (Series 7/63/65/66) or willingness to obtain
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
• Experience with business platforms like Workday
