As a Decision Engine Team Lead, you'll guide a team to build and automate rulesets, collaborate with engineering and business units, and drive the success of critical financial technology solutions. Your hands-on technical contribution and leadership will directly impact how SoFi serves its members.

Requirements

• 5+ years in data engineering, software engineering, or AI/ML
• Senior-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript
• Proficiency in basic to complex SQL operations
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Experience in training and supervising team members

Responsibilities

• Craft rulesets and implement CI/CD automation
• Debug and perform root cause analysis
• Use SQL for complex queries and data analysis
• Guide and train new team members
• Track team performance metrics (bugs, velocity)
