You will partner with business leaders and global HR partners to support Cato Networks' hyper-growth. You'll act as a trusted advisor, handling employee relations, performance management, and aligning HR strategy with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of full-scope HRBP experience in high-tech fast-growing environment
• Experience in organizational development, employee relations, talent management
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices and employment lifecycle
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
